Daniel Twardowski

Daniel Twardowski: Born 1978 in Stade / North Germany as son of Polish emigrants.
No wine background in the family.
Family moved to Saarburg when Daniel was a teenager.
There he caught fire and started a business as a wine trader in his early 20ies.
Later he studied wine economy in Heilbronn.
2006 first plantings of Pinot Noir clones in the Dhron Valley / Mosel.
2011 first vintage “Pinot Noix” .
2013 acquisition of the winery building in Neumagen.
Since then producing Pinot Noir + still active as a wine rarities dealer.
Now 3,2ha, all Grand cru Dhroner Hofberg
